Problems that Cause a Slow Booting Computer

If you are a person that uses a computer on a regular basis, no doubt you rely on your computer providing you with the best possible performance. However, many people have problems with a slow booting computer, which can be very frustrating and it can keep you from getting things done as fast as you need to. There are a variety of different problems that can cause a slow booting computer, and until you identify the problem with your computer, it can be difficult to come up with a solution. So, the following are some possible problems that may be causing your computer to boot slowly.

Problem #1 – Big Browser History – One problem that can cause a slow booting computer is a big browser history. If you are on the internet at all, the computer records and saves your browser history. This can cause a problem when you are booting up and can make it all a lot slower for you.

Problem #2 – Fragmented Files – Fragmented files can also cause your computer to boot up slowly. Problem #6 – Too Many Startup Applications – There are some applications that may be starting up when your computer boots up. If this is the case, it may be the cause of your slow booting computer. Since the computer has to start so many programs when it is booting up, it takes a lot longer to get the computer booted up so it is ready to use.
